Customer Reviews
Good value on kitchen taps
I was looking for some unique kitchen mixer taps and stumbled upon Proper Copper. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% first order discount, which was a nice saving on the brass taps I wanted. The price was still a bit of an investment, but with the discount, it felt much more reasonable compared to other high-end options I'd seen. The taps arrived in about a week, well-protected in the packaging. They look and feel very sturdy, definitely not cheap. Installation was standard, no surprises there. For the quality and the discount I received, I'd say it was worth the purchase and I'm happy with how they look in my kitchen.
Absolutely love my new light!
I just got a copper pendant light and it's incredible! It arrived so quickly, just 5 days, and it looks even better than the pictures online. The craftsmanship is just stunning. I'm already planning my next purchase; I want some matching copper shelving brackets! I can't wait to get more pieces from them.
Freestanding shower experience
I ordered a freestanding copper outdoor shower for my backyard renovation, and overall the experience was quite good. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, though I did have a question about the finish, which their support team answered promptly via email within a day. Delivery took about 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a little long, but it was well-packaged and arrived without any damage. The quality of the copper itself seems excellent, very solid and well-crafted. Installation was manageable with the provided instructions, though I did need to get some additional fittings for my specific plumbing setup. The aesthetic is beautiful; it's definitely a statement piece. My main observation is that the water flow from the shower head could be a bit stronger, but it's still perfectly functional for an outdoor shower.
Reliable quality, consistent service
This was my third order from Proper Copper. I bought a set of copper door handles this time, and as usual, the quality was spot on. I've previously ordered some cabinet pulls and a copper towel rail, and they've all held up beautifully. The finish consistency across orders is great; everything matches my existing hardware. Shipping was quick this time, only 6 days to get to me in Florida, which was faster than my previous order that took about 9 days. They're definitely my go-to for unique copper pieces because I know what to expect.

Hey, thinking of ordering one of their outdoor showers. Anyone know if they ship to the US? And how long does it usually take to get here?
Does anyone know if their stuff is actually solid copper? Some places say copper but it's just plated. Don't want to get scammed.
